Turn-out steady on election day in Lowell
News, Politics

Lowell, Mich. (WZZM) Lowell City Clerk Betty Morlock says turn-out is steady at city hall for today's election.

Morlock says it's too early to say exactly how many voters have cast their ballots, but people have been coming in a steady stream all day.

This year the clerk's office color coded precinct one and two to make it easier for voters to figure out where they should vote. Both precincts are located in the same room on the second floor of city hall.  Precinct one is marked in orange and precinct two is marked in green.

Polls close at 8pm tonight. Morlock expects the results to come in fairly quickly.
