LOWELL, Mich.—The renovations are officially underway at Flat River Outreach Ministries’ thrift store.

Volunteers helped gut out Treasures Thrift Shop before Ridgeline construction came in to tear down a wall Monday. FROM says students from the Senior Capstone Class at Lowell High School were among the volunteers who spent this past weekend demolishing, cleaning up and painting the space.

FROM says crews will tear down one more wall to help open up the main showrooms.  Treasures Thrift Shop is expected to reopen Feb. 19.
