Scarecrow building is always a highlight for families.  Organizers provided clothes, straw, and a pre-made stuffed heads for people to use in creating their scarecrow.   Markers, paint and other art supplies were also made available to design a colorful face.

In addition to scarecrow building, the event also featured carriage rides, the annual chili cook-off, craft show and a catapult launch.
