Where: Lowell High School, 11700 Vergennes

When: Saturday, March 23 - 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

What: Spotlighting more than  150 businesses, churches, organizations and government agencies in one place! Entertainment, raffles, interactive displays, concessions, FREE admission and parking. Check out this map of the Expo.

Free haircuts for Lowell Elementary Kids tomorrow

Free haircuts for Lowell Elementary Kids tomorrow

If that last haircut is growing out on your little one, you might want to stop by Cherry Creek Elementary  tomorrow afterschool.

Free haircuts will be available to children for Bushnell and Cherry Creek students at Cherry Creek Elementary in Lowell on Tuesday, January 15 from 3:30-6:30pm. Students and instructors from Douglas J. Aveda will cut hair in the school's cafeteria. Children who wish to have their hair cut must have an adult with them. Make up tips and arm massages will also be available!

Kathleen Mooney, owner of Fire and Water Art galley in downtown Lowell is getting ready for a solo exhibit at the Forest Hills Fine Arts Center in February.

The show will run from February 2 to February 24 with artist's reception on February 9.

One of the mainstays of area holiday shoppers, the LowellArts Sleigh Bells and Holly: A Gallery of Fine Art and Gifts brings together beautiful hand-crafted fine arts and crafts from local artists.

Open November 10 - December 23. Opening reception Thursday, November 10, from 6-8 pm.

Lowell Area Arts Council Hosting three Mid-Michigan artists

Lowell, Mich. (WZZM) Three top artists from the Mid-Michigan area are coming to Lowell for a show.

The show looks at the "Inspirations" of Mark Mehaffey, Karen Kierstead Miller and Sally Martin Stewart.  The Lowell Area Arts Council is promising a colorful show.

It runs September 14th through October 23rd.  A public reception to the meet the artists is September 19th from 2-4pm.
